Hiring at Robin

Scribe Hiring

Once you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation email. If you meet our minimum criteria, you will also receive two more emails. One email will be to schedule time for a virtual interview with a recruiter and the other will be to complete a pre-interview questionnaire where we will look at your internet and typing speed, in addition to learning a little more about what peaked your interest in Robin.  All that is left to do is show up from the comfort of your home and let us guide you through the rest of the process.

Corporate Hiring

Once you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we have successfully received your application. We will review your submission and if your experience aligns with one of our open roles, we’ll reach out to schedule a one on one call with a member of our Talent Engagement team. This will give you and us an opportunity to get to know each other better and see how we can help each other get one step closer to our goals. As well as letting you know what to expect for your interview process since it varies by department.
